Jack died on November 28, 1969 in Viet Nam.  He was full of life and was a person anyone would be honored to call "friend".  He was taken from us  far to soon and continues to be missed.  Should you find yourself in DC, he is on "the Wall" in DC, Panel 7W, line 59.

He is also on the wall in Veteran's Park at Canalside in Buffalo.

I have been to "The Wall" in DC many times, and each time, I find his name and pay tribute to him...I do the same for Roger Kelly, (KW '66) and James  Rozo (MIA)..

When I was in the army in Korea my mother sent me the news article about his death. It interested me because, like me, he was a Military Policeman. We were in the same Mechanical Drawing class taught by Mr. Fleishman.

Robert Smeal, class of 1966, was also killed in Vietnam. He died in a helicopter crash. Although not in our class, he should be remembered.
